Map 1 - The never ending game

Below is a game I entered as Winter, an empire formerly played by DarkFalcon.
When the Regensburg server went down over Christmas vacation, this game was just starting. When the server was restarted, the game did not re-boot correctly. This may be due to an empire using html code for a home world name.
The game now does not allow you to colonize nor nuke a foe. You can build and make alliances. But building ships drastically reduces your tech level. One player said he's past -4,000 tech now. At the start of the year, the game was over 2,000 updates and heading towards 3,000 updates.
